All VIP cards will be distribute on your check-in, arrival date. The cards will only be given to the person who made the original reservation.
Identification will be needed for each individual who has purchased a VIP Card. You must send us via e mail, the names of each individual whom you have purchased a VIP card for. No later than March 10, 2016.
You must notify us by e mail of any changes to your room reservations, no later than February 15, 2018. A one night stay is non refundable if you decide not to attend the event.
If you have made an early bird payment before September 30, 2017, your first night stay is non refundable.
If you have made a payment before November 30, 2017, your second night stay is non refundable.
If you have made a payment before January 31, 2017, your third night stay is non refundable.
The Tropicana Las Vegas Hotel has a resort fee of $25.00 added to your stay per room and 18% tax fee added to the room per night stay. There is a two (2) night minimum stay for the event, at The Tropicana. It is attendee’s responsibility to submit a credit card number, or a deposit equal to the first night’s room/suite rate, plus resort fee and tax as a guarantee, at the time attendee makes the reservation.
The payment you made is being applied to the date of check in time you provided to us. Payments/deposits made after January 1, 2018 are re fundable only if you notified us via e mail of any changes/cancellations you may have before attending the event. After February 15, 2018 any payments you have made are non refundable and will cancel your entire contract if you decide not to attend. Any refunds will be sent to you within 10 workings day after the cancellation.

As you may find other deals in other hotels for your stay, we have provided our guest with transportation to all events.
We offer transportation from the airport to the hotel, only if you make prior arrangements with our sales event coordinators by sending us an e mail with your flight information, we will need the following:
Airline, Terminal #, Arrival Time, Flight Number, Number of Bags and Number of Guests

This a courtesy ride for only the Platinum VIP Purchasers.
You will receive your bags at the Baggage Claim Area located on the second floor of McCarran Airport. Walk to the Passenger Pick Area. Look for the Van Wrapped with the Tempted 2 Touch Logos on it. There is no transportation service available to the Airport for your return flights. Due to the event that the vehicles will be in use from the clubs return guest to the hotel. Please make your own arrangements for transportation back to the Airport.
Bells Transportation Company has departures to all hotels for a fee of 8.50 per person.
All Party Bus passes are on a first come first serve basis, due to the seating on the bus, we have limited capacity of 40 passengers per bus. In order to ride the Bus, you must purchase a bus pass. All party buses do not serve alcohol. The complimentary drinks are only served to all Platinum VIP Passes Purchasers (Limits of 2 per ride). Platinum VIP Purchasers will have their own Party Bus Assigned to them. Security will be strictly enforced on all passes. You must have your Platinum VIP Card and a Wrist Band to ride the bus.
All Party buses depart from the Bus Tour Parking Area on the Eastside of the Tropicana. Exiting through the east side of the hotel as you walk down the escalators to the casino, it’s to your right. A Bus Schedule will be provided to you at time of Check In. You may also pick one up at the hospitality suite. All buses depart on the hour after the hour and shuttle vans depart every 30 minutes.
